Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for stabilizing control when a characteristic of a control object is abruptly changed in a PID feedback control system. SOLUTION: The PID feedback control system provided with a control function 110, a subtraction function 112, and a target value setting function 114, as shown in Fig.1, is provided with a control stabilization program provided with an unstable-control detecting function for detecting a phenomenon where a difference between a target value and a controlled variable becomes large to cause unstable control, and a deviation regulation function for stabilizing the control when detecting the unstable control, and for outputting an output for regulating the deviation.
