SOLUTION: The PID feedback control system provided with a control function 110, a subtraction function 112, and a target value setting function 114, as shown in Fig.1, is provided with a deviation compensation program for acquiring a target value and a controlled variable, and for regulating a deviation by a function of outputting a signal indicating whether the controlled variable is following the ramped target value or not, a function for outputting the signal in response to differentiation of the controlled variable, and the like.
