Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display substrate which can improve an after-image phenomenon, and to provide a liquid crystal display device including the display substrate. SOLUTION: The display substrate includes: a substrate; a low-voltage pad formed on the substrate; a ground pad which is formed on the substrate and to which a ground voltage is applied; a discharge pattern which is formed on the substrate and connects the low voltage pad to the ground pad; and a discharge line which connects a first discharge contact connected with the low-voltage pad to a second discharge contact connected with the ground pad.
