Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporator capable of improving an overheat degree without increasing the number of part items. SOLUTION: This evaporator has a heat exchange part formed by laminating a plurality of tubes 30 and fins and connecting a tank part of both upper-lower ends by a refrigerant passage extended in the tubes 30, and is constituted so that this heat exchange part is formed by two layers of a first heat exchange part and a second heat exchange part in the ventilation direction, and a first passage part 101 for the first heat exchange part and a second passage 102 for the second heat exchange part are partitioned by a partition part 40a in the tubes 30. The evaporator is characterized by arranging a heat transfer restraining part 103 in the partition part 40a for restraining heat transfer between both passages 101 and 102 by reducing the cross-sectional area between the first passage 101 and the second passage 102.
