SOLUTION: The bushing 16 wherein a fiber reinforced resin layer 30 is formed using a base material resin 32 as a base material and provided on a sliding surface 25 between a shaft 22 as another material and itself, comprises a plurality of holes 33 arranged at least in the sliding surface 25 of the resin reinforced resin layer 30, sealing material resins 34 held as sealing materials in the plurality of holes 33, and hard particles 35 contained in the sealing material resins 34 and having greater hardness than the base material resin 32.
