VALVE GEAR FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently lubricate a connection part of a valve drive rocker arm and an engine valve while avoiding deterioration of rigidity of the valve drive rocker arm in a valve gear for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: An oil reservoir 75 is formed on an upper surface of the valve drive rocker arm 69, a connection wall 69d connecting a pair of valve abutting parts 69a is provided on the valve drive rocker arms 69 and 69', and a guide part 77 for guiding the oil overflowing from the oil reservoir 75 to the connection part side of a stem 18a of a pair of the engine valves 18 and the valve abutting part 69a is protrudingly provided on outer side surfaces of the connection wall 69d and the valve abutting parts 69a, and the guide part 77 is equipped with a distributing part 77a downward tilted as going to the valve abutting parts 69a from a center part between the valve abutting parts 69a and having both ends extended to the valve abutting parts 69a, and a pair of downward guide parts 77b extended downward along an axis of the engine valve 18 from both side ends of the distributing part 77a and having a lower end protruded to the engine valve 18 side compared to a bottom part of the valve abutting parts 69a.
