Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet ink which is prevented from strike-through in plain paper recording, does not cause sticking of an electrophotographic print even when an object printed with the ink is superimposed on the electrophotographic print and conserved, and inhibits curl under high humidity. SOLUTION: The ink-jet ink comprises at least water and an organic solvent having a boiling point of not lower than 150°C in an amount of 50-80 mass%. The organic solvent comprises a compound represented by general formula (1) and/or (2) in an amount of 45-70 mass% and a compound represented by general formula (3) in an amount of 5-15 mass%. General formula (1) is R1-CH(OH)-CH(OH)-CH2-R2; general formula (2), R1-CH(OH)-CH2-CH(OH)-R2; and general formula (3), CH3-O-R3-OH. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
