Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat pouch type plastic pouch which is efficiently produced at low cost and capable of keeping an automatic opening mechanism to be automatically opened by an increase of the internal pressure in the pouch at a high position without using any auxiliary tool when the pouch is placed flat in a microwave oven for heat-cooking. SOLUTION: At least one of the front film and the back film constituting a plastic pouch is folded back over the entire length of the pouch in the width direction, and a peripheral edge is heat-sealed to form a first fold-back part and a second fold-back part communicating with a pouch body on one side of the pouch.
