METHOD FOR CONTROLLING INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling an injection molding machine which can be suitably used for carring out a pressure compensation corresponding to a change in a molding environment and for forming a product with a high quality even in a large environmental change for a short term at the time of starting the molding or in a small environmental change for a long term. SOLUTION: The method for controlling the injection molding machine is the one for injecting a previously plasticized resin in a mold by using a plunger, molding is carried out by controlling the injection pressure making under corresponding a change of a pressure loss and under calibulating an injection pressure of the reesin to be a value that a pressure correction value ΔP is added to a standard pressure value P. By the method, the pressure correction corresponding to a pressure loss can be carried out even in a case that the prressure loss is changed by an environmental change of the molding such as a fluctuation in a viscosity of the resin or a temperature of the mold.
