Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint feeder, a paint feeding method, and a coating method capable of easily and accurately controlling a paint dilution ratio according to an environmental condition under which coating is carried out. SOLUTION: The paint feeder 1 which includes a paint line 3 for transferring fresh paint, a dilution liquid line 4 for mixing a dilution liquid with the fresh paint connected to the paint line 3 as a branch line, a fresh paint pump 30 for sending the fresh paint into the paint line 3, and a dilution liquid tank 6 for sending the dilution liquid into the dilution liquid line 4 is characterized by comprising an on-off valve 40 that opens or shuts the dilution liquid line 4 according to an input signal, and a controller 41 for controlling the action of the on-off valve 40, wherein the controller 41 is structured so as to control the flow rate of the dilution liquid to be mixed with the fresh paint by controlling the on-off valve 40 to open or to shut.
