PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a way to similarly treat stored balls as in the case of a valuable value when a stored ball service is provided to a previously registered member in a game parlor. SOLUTION: The member of a stored ball shift source performs an operation by holding a portable telephone 80 over a member card processor 70 and inputs the number of stored balls for shift. Then, the member of a shift destination performs an operation by holding a portable telephone 80 over a member card processor 70. Consequently, the stored balls of the member of the stored ball shift source, who is managed by a member management table 14a, are shifted to the stored ball account of the shift destination member.
