SOLUTION: In the internal space S of a substantially box-like panel box 2 having an opening/closing front plate 3, a control unit 4 for controlling a signal I/O units provided on the outside of the panel box 2, a plurality of terminal units 5 for relaying the control unit 4 and the signal I/O units, and a plurality of power supply units 6 for supplying power to the plurality of terminal units 5 are provided wherein the control unit 4 is supplied with power from the plurality of power supply units 6.
