GUIDE INFORMATION SERVICE SYSTEM UTILIZING NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide previously requested circumferential information or the like to a user in a predetermined area at a service providing place. SOLUTION: Base stations 1 installed at respective service providing places and telecommunication terminal equipment 2 possessed by the user are provided. Transmission and reception in both directions between the base station 1 and the telecommunication terminal equipment 2 are permitted in a predetermined area about the center of respective service providing places through a wireless communication network P. Further, an information center system 3 for managing and controlling the respective base stations 1 by supervising them is provided while the information center system 3 is provided with a member information registration means 4, a mutual authentication means 5 and a service guidance means 6. In this case, when the communication terminal equipment 2 possessed by the user reaches the inside of a predetermined area, the circumference guidance information requested previously by the user becomes available.
