MIXER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable performing a multi-point conference by connecting terminal devices in the number larger than the number of input terminals of a mixer without compressing a communication band used for transmission and reception of voice data. SOLUTION: The mixer device includes a mixing means which mixes and outputs voice data inputted to M (an integer of 2 or larger) input terminals. Based on a receiving condition of voice data transmitted from N (an integer equal to or larger than M) terminal devices via a communication network, at most M terminal devices are selected from among those terminal devices wherein users are speaking and those M terminal devices are assigned with different input terminals. To the terminal devices not selected, the output data of the mixing means is transmitted as it is, while, to the terminal devices selected by the selecting means, the output data of the mixing means is transmitted excluding the voice data received from the terminal device.
