Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine inhibiting NOx emission from increasing when biomass-derived fuel vaporizing from engine oil flows in an intake system in the internal combustion engine capable of lean burn operation using the biomass-derived fuel. SOLUTION: The control device of the internal combustion engine changeable between stoichiometric air-fuel ratio operation and the lean burn operation and capable of the lean burn operation using biomass-derived fuel as a part or all of fuel is characterized by an oil temperature acquisition means for detecting or estimating an engine oil temperature and a prohibition means for prohibiting the lean burn operation when the engine oil temperature rises to a predetermined temperature near a boiling point of the biomass-derived fuel.
