Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile partition device which adopts a lower-load system that the top of a movable panel is guided by a guide rail provided on a ceiling and that the lower part travels on the floor surface, and which does not generate a clearance between the adjacent movable panels and between an end member provided on the wall surface and the movable panel without requiring any adjustment even when there is unevenness to a certain degree on the floor when the movable panels are placed in alignment in a line. SOLUTION: A loading member 39 and a skirting member 40 are arranged up and down in a concave groove 20 of the lower end of a panel body 9 of a lift mechanism 5. Then a rolling ring 2 is provided to the loading member 39, and the skirting member is moved up and down with respect to the loading member 39. Thus, a state of possible movement where the rolling ring is in contact with the floor surface and a state of movement restriction where the skirting member is in pressure contact with the floor surface are realized. Then the top surface of the midsection of the loading member is connected to the top surface in the concave groove with possible up-and-down swinging by placing an elastically deformable connecting member 58, and a compression spring 59 is interposed between the loading member and the top surface in the concave groove at the rear end of the mobile panel in the movement direction.
