PAPER PASSAGE OF S-SHAPED GATELESS DIVERTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper conveying system capable of being used for a long period without requiring additional cost in design and generating a problem of mechanical wear of an operation diverter. SOLUTION: This paper conveying system includes a first inlet point located between a first end part and a second end part of the paper passage to enable continuously entering of one or more sheets into the paper passage, a first nip adjacent to the first inlet point to direct front edges of one or more sheets to be separated from the first inlet point, a second inlet point located separately from the first inlet point to enable entering of one or more sheets into the paper passage, a second nip adjacent to the second inlet point to direct front edges of one or more sheets to be separated from the second inlet point, and a gateless diverter including a projecting part adjacent to a recessed part, directing one or more paper sheets through the paper passage, and branching each front edge of one or more sheets to be separated from the first inlet point and second inlet point.
