Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply clean air to a part near a rail, and to locally and promptly exhaust air including dust near the rail, without diffusing dust generating articles caused by rail traveling of a mobile body device in a room. SOLUTION: Toward a position near the rail where at least wheels 62 of the mobile body device 60 pass through, clean air is brown off from a clean air blowoff device 40. Air including dust generated by the traveling of the mobile body device 60 is sucked and exhausted by an exhaust device 50 opposite to the clean air blowoff device 40 over rails 30a, 30b with the clean air blown out from the clean air blowoff device 40.
