Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress current consumption as much as possible for cutting cost by detecting a fluid level in a container and cooling/heating only a part corresponding to drink. SOLUTION: A drink holder 1 comprises a holder case 2 having a container housing part 3 attachably/detachably inserted with the container 100 containing the drink L, a plurality of cool/heat elements 10a-1Na, 10b-1Nb arranged vertically in parallel on a circumferential wall side of the container housing part 3 for cooling or heating the drink L, detection electrodes 20a-2Na, 20b-2Nb oppositely arranged in the horizontal direction on the circumferential wall for detecting capacitance of the drink L and carrying out heat conduction between the cool/heat elements 10a-1Na, 10b-1Nb and the container 100, and a control circuit 40 for calculating the fluid level LH based on a detection signal shown by the detected capacitance of the drink L and passing electric current to the cool/heat elements 10a-1Na, 10b-1Nb arranged on horizontally corresponding positions within a range of the fluid level LH.
