SOLUTION: The beauty appliance is provided with a water discharge route 80 for discharging the residual water inside a main body A housing at least one of a steam generating mechanism and a mist generating mechanism, a water discharge button 16 for opening and closing the water discharge route 80, and a water discharge cover 19 freely openably and closably attached to the side of the main body A. The water discharge cover 19 is arranged such that one end 19a of the back surface 19b of the water discharge cover 19 faces a water discharge port 17 in an open state and the other end 19c of the back surface 19b is formed in a gutter shape opened to the outside of the main body A.
