GAME MACHINE DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system permitting easy management of stock and replacement of game machines without preparing documents to be submitted to the authorities concerned. SOLUTION: A distribution management support server having a database for managing information on game machines is connected to a shop terminal via a network. The database includes information on the purchase, order, stock and disposition of game machines. The distribution management support server comprises a stock management means for receiving two-dimensional codes read on the shop terminal side in the step of warehousing game machines, storing the received two-dimensional codes together with shipping identification information tied up with order information and updating management information; a shop set machine replacing means having a virtual replacing means for simulating the replacement of game machines on a display screen on the shop terminal side; and an application form preparing means for automatically preparing data for application documents for the approval of replacement to be submitted to a police office concerned.
