PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric blower which suppresses the vibration of the tip of a brush holder, by stabilizing the holding and fixing of the brush holder in the brush holder fixing structure, suppresses generation of sparks by preventing abnormal vibrations of brush, stabilizes the contact of the terminal of the brush holder and the terminal of a field magnet, and ensures high reliability and long service life. SOLUTION: The electric blower is characterized in that: a holding hole for holding the brush holder 10 and a bar ring for fixing the brush holder with a screw at one point are formed on the external peripheral surface of a bracket 2, which holds and fixes the field magnet 3; a folding part 2a for holding and fixing the brush holder 10 is formed at an upper part where the terminal 10b of the brush holder 10, in the inside direction of the bracket 2 and the terminal 3d of the field magnet 3 come into contact with each other; and the brush holder 10 is held and fixed at two points, in total, i.e., one location at the external peripheral surface of the bracket 2 and another location at the inside folding part 2a.
