Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery high in reliability using resin easy to be processed and with a low amount of moisture infiltration as a sealing material of a laminate film. SOLUTION: The battery provided with a battery element 10 equipped with a cathode, an anode, and electrolyte, and an external package member 20 containing the battery element contains a copolymer of a vinylidene fluoride and propylene in at least a sealing part 20A of the external package member.
