UNIT AND METHOD FOR SCENE MANAGEMENT, AND PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scene management unit capable of managing a scene encountered by a user with high accuracy. SOLUTION: On receipt of a measurement value input of each scene from a basic sensor unit and an extended sensor unit, the category of the scene concerned is identified from each measurement value of the extended sensor unit received at each scene in the order of the scenes. Further, there calculated is the correspondence relationship between the each scene category identified based on the measurement value of the extended sensor unit and the each scene category identified based on the measurement value of the basic sensor unit. Then, based on the category series having category information stored therein, the prediction rule of each scene is extracted, and the prediction scene accuracy of each scene is calculated. Thereafter, it is decided whether or not the predicted scene accuracy exceeds a preset lower limit value. In the case of exceeding, it is determined to identify each scene category again in detail, while in the case of falling short, the above predicted rule of each scene and information of the relationship of correspondence are preserved.
