The display letter printing surface is constituted by printing the clipped display letters on the surface of the diffusion plate 8. The smoke coat 11 is a coating film in dark color nearly the same color as the base of the display film 10 with the clipped display letters. The surface with the printed letters is covered with the smoke coat 11, and the display film 10 displaying the display letters on the surface of the diffusion plate 8 and the surface of the smoke coat 11 are covered with the filter 9.
