DRAIN TRAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain trap which is installed between drainage equipment and a drain pipe installed in an underfloor section, the height of which can be easily adjusted, and which is suitable for installation inside a wall. SOLUTION: This drain trap is equipped with a main body which is installed in a gap on the backside of the wall, and a joint for connecting the main body and the drain pipe together. In the main body, a trap portion, a first connecting port, which is positioned above the trap portion, which passes though the wall so as to be exposed on the surface of the wall and which is connected to a drain outlet of the drainage equipment, and a pipe body, which is elongated to the underfloor section from below the trap portion and the lower end of which has a second connecting port, are provided in an integrally-formed shape. The joint is equipped with a third connecting port which is connected to the pipe body, and a fourth connecting port which is connected to the drain pipe; and the third connecting port is formed in such a shape that a section in a direction along the wall is elongated longer than a section in the direction of the thickness of the wall. Additionally, the pipe body, which can be cut so that a length to the underfloor section can be adjusted, is provided in such a manner as to be connectable to the third connecting port in a cut state, and formed in such a shape that a section in a direction along the wall is elongated longer than a section in the direction of the thickness of the wall.
