Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cellulose ester-based resin composition for easily adjusting birefringence by properly combining a cellulose ester-based resin with a plasticizer and a retardation film produced by melt-extruding the resin composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) 50-99 wt.% of a cellulose ester-based resin and (B) 50-1 wt.% of a plasticizer having a solubility parameter value calculated based on a small process of >9.0 [(A)+(B)=100 wt.%] as main components.
