Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a substitute for an antigen-specific human immunoglobulin which is a positive control or a calibrator indispensable for the evaluation of the measured result in a system for measuring an antigen-specific human immunoglobulin and difficult to stably acquire. SOLUTION: The chemical conjugation of a plurality of kinds of antibodies (immunoglobulins) provides an artificial antibody having the plurality of properties. For example, the chemical conjugation of anti-parvovirus B19 mouse IgG antibody and human IgM antibody gives an artificial antibody recognizing parvovirus B19 antigen and having the property of human IgM and the product is useful as a positive control or a calibrator used in a method for measuring anti-parvovirus B19 antigen human IgM antibody.
