Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid mixing apparatus that mixes two or more fluids, such as liquids or gases, (a first fluid and a second fluid) to produce a highly homogenized mixed fluid at a high productivity, is small-sized, and is excellent in temperature control. SOLUTION: The fluid mixing apparatus is characterized by having a group of m first fluid feed conduits (11) that feed a first fluid, a group of a plurality of second fluid feed conduits (12) that are arranged alternately with the first fluid feed conduits (11) and feed a second fluid, a group of first branch conduits (13) each formed by branching the front ends of each of the first fluid feed conduits (11) and each of the second fluid feed conduits (12) into two directions, a group of first confluence conduits (14) each formed by combining one of the two front ends of each of the first branch conduit (13) with the other of the front ends of the first branch conduit (13), a group of n-th branch conduits (19) each formed by branching the front ends of each of (n-th) confluence conduits (18) into two directions and each of n-th confluence conduits (19) each formed by branching the front ends of each of n-th confluence conduits (20) each formed by combining one of the two front ends of each of the n-th branch conduits (19) with the other end of another n-th branch conduit (19), and a group of mixed fluid discharge conduits (21) that elongate the terminally positioned n-th confluence conduits and discharge the mixed fluid.
