NEEDLE MEMBER LOCK TYPE OPENING/CLOSING CLAMP AND BLOOD COLLECTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle member lock type opening/closing clamp and a blood collecting device, capable of eliminating the risk that a conventional sealing part for opening a flow path when broken can not be promptly broken or the broken piece of a sealing member clogs the flow path or the like. SOLUTION: In the needle member lock type opening/closing clamp (1), a movable fixing member (3) and a bottom part (2) respectively provided with tube clamping parts (4a, 4b) are connected through a bend part (8), a connection part (9) rising upwards is formed on the opposite side of the bend part (8) of the bottom part (2), and the insertion holes (13a, 13b) of a tube (T) are respectively formed at the bend part (8) and the connection part (9). An engaging projection part (7a) is formed at the distal end of the movable fixing member (3), a needle member fixing part (K) is formed at the upper part of the connection part (9), and a locking part (7b) to be engaged with the engaging projection part (7a) is formed at the needle member fixing part (K).
