METHOD FOR MODIFYING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE AND MODIFYING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly mix or dilute an alcoholic beverage, in a short time. SOLUTION: The modifying apparatus for an alcoholic beverage performs the treatment of two or more kinds of liquids, in which at least one of the liquids is an alcoholic beverage by a microfluidic chip 10. The microfluidic chip has a liquid supply part 22 for supplying two or more kinds of liquids and a laminate flow forming part 24 to flow multiple kinds of liquids supplied from the liquid supplying part, to multiple flow channels formed on a minute cross-section and form alternate flow stripes of the multiple liquids in lateral direction. A meandering shape processing part 25 is positioned at the downstream side of the laminate flow forming part. The laminate flow forming part decreases its width toward downstream.
