Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seaweed salad which is packed in a container, obtained by compounding Undaria pinnatifida with Japanese radish, and prevented from quality deterioration of salad, due to the greasy sensation of the Undaria pinnatifida and the watery texture from the Japanese radish exhibited in terms of the passage of time. SOLUTION: The seaweed salad packed in the container is obtained, by compounding a water-reconstituted product of dried Undaria pinnatifida, reconstituted having 600-800% yield, and Japanese radish.
