Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic secondary battery which has a large charge/discharge capacity and suppresses the deterioration of cycle characteristics. SOLUTION: A battery can 1 contains a wound electrode body 20 formed by winding a beltlike positive electrode 2 and a beltlike negative electrode 3 to each other via a separator 4. The nonaqueous electrolytic secondary battery has an open-circuit voltage per pair of positive and negative electrodes in a full charged state of 4.30 V or higher to 4.45 V or lower.
