IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device for generating parameter information to be used in generation of a composite image, which is formed by superimposing CG on a photograph image, by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The composite image, in which a CG image with set transparency is superimposed on an image taken by a photograph device, is displayed in an area 2003. In the composite image, a mask area is set on the CG image according to a parameter information for extracting a hand area. Based on the ratio of the dimension of the CG image area except the mask image to the dimension of the photograph image, the transparency of the CG image is set.
