INFORMATION PREPARATION DEVICE AND METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information preparation device, an information preparation method, and a program capable of setting to match a school zone with the practical passing state of students. SOLUTION: A CPU 11 of an information distribution center 3 collects to being successively stored to a center side school zone DB16 by classifying school information received through a network 4 in every school (S111-S112). The CPU 11 extracts the whole school information corresponding to each school of the whole country. In addition, the CPU 11 reads each coordinate datum expressing an own vehicle position from each extracted school, selects the own vehicle position positioned in the outermost side of a radial direction clockwise or counterclockwise in every prescribed angle range by centering the schools based on updating map information 14A, and sets a school zone by connecting the own vehicle positions of the outside of the circumference of the selected schools in order (S113-S117).
