FOAMING APPARATUS FOR POLYURETHANE SPRAY FOAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming apparatus for a polyurethane spray foam by which liquid carbon dioxide can homogeneously be mixed with a polyurethane raw material liquid almost without gasifying the carbon dioxide, and the polyurethane foam having uniform fine cells can be obtained. SOLUTION: The foaming apparatus for a polyurethane spray foam, equipped with pressurized feeding means for measuring a prescribed amount of each of a polyisocyanate-based stock solution and a polyol-based stock solution and feeding the stock solutions, and temperature-controlling means for maintaining the temperatures of the feed stocks at set liquid temperatures in each flow passage for feeding the stock solutions, and obtained by installing a mixing means for mixing the liquid carbon dioxide with one or both of the fed and temperature-controlled stock solutions further has a mixing and ejecting means for mixing and ejecting the polyisocyanate-based stock solution and the polyol-based stock solution one or both of which are mixed with the liquid carbon dioxide by joining the flows of the stock solutions.
