SOLUTION: An object lens 10 as a plastic optical element is constituted of a special plastic optical element material. The plastic optical element material comprises a polycarbonate resin, and a polyfunctional stabilizer having a functional group with radical-eliminating ability, and either one phosphoric ester structure of a phosphite structure or a phosphonite structure.
