PEELABLE PRESS-BONDING SHEET WITH REINFORCING ADHESIVE INSTALLED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that regarding a conventional press-bonding sheet with the beforehand application of an adhesive which is not normally bonded, and is bonded when a specified pressure is applied, and can easily be peeled even after being bonded, if the press pressing force is weak, there is fear for the peeling on the bonded surface, or if the pressing force is too strong, there is fear for the generation of a paper breakage, and the pressing force has to be adjusted at the time of the press press-bonding work, and also, that regarding the peel prevention, the peel prevention is realized by adding a stronger adhesive section on the peripheral section, however, the peel prevention is not sufficient by a machine of which the press press-bonding force is weak. SOLUTION: In order to prevent the press-bonding sheet from being peeled even when the press pressing force is weak, the reinforcing adhesive is additionally applied on the top of a weak adhesive which has been applied in advance, and also, in a part of a section being close to the sheet periphery. Thus, the bonding force which is stronger than the bonding force of a normal weak bonded surface can be obtained while being able to be peeled even after the bonding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
