Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary blade of shearing crusher hard to be abraded, not lowering in crushing efficiency, also not generating a start point of cracking of the stationary blade itself, furthermore, not being complicated in its fabrication and not raised in fabrication cost, and to provide a manufacturing method of the stationary blade of shearing crusher. SOLUTION: In the stationary blade 1 of shearing crusher installed in a crushing chamber H of a searing crusher 20, and shearing and crushing an object W to be treated by crushing while cooperating with a rotary blade 14 maintaining a prescribed clearance; the stationary blade 1 has a constitution provided with a shearing locus surface 4 along the rotary locus of the stationary blade formed to have a required width from the cutting edge Eg of a stationary blade part 3 in the rotational direction of the rotary blade.
