MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DISPOSABLE WEAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a disposable wear having a wrapper body formed of first and second sheets and elastic members. SOLUTION: The disposable wear 1 is provided with the wrapper body 2 formed of the first sheet 21 (21S), the second sheets 22 (22T) and the elastic members 23 and 24 arranged between both the sheets, wherein the first sheet is disposed across the whole area of the wrapper body 2, the second sheets are disposed in partial areas of the wrapper body 2, the wrapper body 2 has gathers formed of composite elastic parts, and the composite elastic part is so formed that the both sheets are intermittent in the extending/contracting direction of the composite elastic part and joined with each other by a connection part consisting of a linear adhesive 41A which is continuous in the orthogonal direction, and the both sheets form folds extending across the elastic members 23 and 24. This manufacturing method of the disposable wear 1 is characterized in coating the linear adhesive 41A to the material 22S of the second sheet along its carrying direction, cutting the material 22S of the second sheet, reversing the second sheet 90°, and joining the second sheet to the first sheet disposed with the elastic members 23 and 24 by the linear adhesive 41A to form the composite elastic part.
