MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, MOBILE UNIT AND TRANSMISSION POWER CONTROL METHOD FOR USE IN THE SAME, AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile unit notifying a host device about much more accurate receiving circumstances than the case where there is only an SCCPCH. SOLUTION: A reception quality information generation part 37 of a mobile unit 3 notifies an RNC about the CRC determination result of E-AGCH and the CRC determination result of FACH transmitted from a base station, and is made to operate in a direction decreasing the transmission power of SCCPCH when it is determined that the receiving circumstances are satisfactory, and is made to operate in a direction increasing the transmission power in the other case. At this time, the reception quality information generation part 37 utilizes both CRC determination result acquired by a CRC determination processing part 35 and pilot reception information acquired by a Pilot determination processing part 34. When receiving E-AGCH by secondary E-RNTI, the reception quality information generation part 37 generates quality information by using only the pilot determination result, and notifies the RNC about the quality information.
