TELEPHONE CALL RECORDING DEVICE USING NETWORK, AND SOUND AGGREGATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone call recording device which is compact, low-cost, and free of maintenance. SOLUTION: The telephone call recording device includes an internal nonvolatile memory (25) which is readable and writable not through a driving mechanism; a line branch unit (21) branch-connected to a speech network connecting an external speech terminal and a local speech terminal; a communication interface unit (27) connected to a speech aggregating device through an IP network; a speech data acquiring unit (22) acquiring speech data from the speech network; a call information acquiring unit (23) acquiring call information; and a control unit (24) which stores speech data in the internal nonvolatile memory, detects the end of the telephone call from the call information to give notice to the speech aggregating device, transmits the speech data stored in the internal nonvolatile memory to the speech aggregating device, and deletes the speech data having been sent from the internal nonvolatile memory when receiving a request to receive speech data asynchronously with the notice of the end of the telephone call from the speech aggregating device.
