Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to uniformly and properly supply a reaction gas into an electrode face, and improve the power generating characteristics using a compact constitution. SOLUTION: In a fuel gas flow passage 30, a plurality of flow passage grooves 32a, 32b formed in a continuous wave form are arranged alternately. In the flow passage groove 32a, a first convex part 36a protruding downward and a second convex part 38a, protruding upward are alternately installed, and the first convex part 36a is set to be larger in the direction of changing angle and a larger curvature radius than the second convex part 38b. In the flow passage 32b, the second convex part 38b, protruding downward and the first convex part 36b protruding upward are alternately installed, the first convex part 36b is set to be larger, in the direction of changing angle and the radius of curvature than the second convex part 38b is set large. By making the first convex part 36a face the second convex part 38b and the second convex part 38a face the first convex part 36b, a pressure difference is made to form between the flow passage grooves 32a, 32b, and short cutting of the fuel gas is carried out.
