SOLUTION: In a battery pack 1 composed by stacking two or more battery modules 3 each houses one or two or more battery cells on the inside, a battery sub-module 2 is composed by stacking two or more battery modules 3 and fastening in the stacking direction with hollow bolts 4 having an inner hole 43, two or more sub-modules 2 are stacked, one long passing bolt 6 is passed through the inner hole 43 of the hollow bolt 4 arranging two or more battery sub-modules in series, the sub-modules 2 is fastened in the stacking direction to compose the battery pack 1.
