SYSTEM, METHOD, AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING CAPACITANCE OF STATOR COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide system, method, and device for measuring capacitance of any stator component such as a stator bar for generators. SOLUTION: The capacitance measuring system 200 includes an output device 208 for measuring capacitance of a test object, at least three contacts 202, 204, 206 to be attached to the above test object, at least one conductive body to be attached to the test object, and compressible material adjacent to both any one of the above-stated at least three contacts 202, 204, 206 and the above-stated at least one conductive body. In addition, the above contacts 202, 204, 206 will contact the test object along with compression of the above compressible material.
