SOLUTION: The method for laying a resin concrete panel by pressure-bonding the resin concrete panel by an anchor comprises steps of applying an epoxy resin primer to a concrete bed; smoothing irregularities of the bed by mortar; boring an anchor hole and filling the bored hole with an epoxy resin at crimping the resin concrete panel; and applying an adhesive to the smoothed surface and the resin concrete panel to pressure-bond the both by the anchor.
