Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing copolymer solution having excellent water and oil repellency, transparency, solution stability (preservation stability in a solution), environmental characteristics, safety (nonflammability), durability of a coating thereof, and adaptability to various base materials. SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing copolymer solution is obtained by dissolving a fluorine-containing copolymer comprising a fluoroolefin and a fluorinated alkyl group-containing (meth)acrylate monomer as essential polymerization components, into a cyclic fluorine-containing solvent consisting only of hydrogen, fluorine, and carbon atoms.
