DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BOTTLE CAN BODY, AND BOTTLE CAN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for manufacturing a bottle can body capable of forming a skirt part of high accuracy located below a male screw part formed on a mouth piece part. SOLUTION: The device 10 is used to form a male screw part 6 and a skirt part 7 on a bottle can body 5 having a male screw forming scheduled part 4c and a skirt forming scheduled part 4b continuously provided on a lower end of the male screw forming scheduled part 4c and swollen outwardly in the radial direction on a mouth piece part. The device is provided with screw forming pieces 11, which are respectively disposed on the inner and outer sides of the mouth piece part to form the male screw part 6 on the male screw forming scheduled part 4c, and skirt forming pieces 12, which are disposed downwardly in the can axial direction of the screw forming pieces 11 and also are respectively disposed on the inner and outer sides of the mouth piece part to form the skirt part 7 on the skirt forming scheduled part 4b. The device is further provided with a constraint part 17 to constrain an upper portion in the can axial direction of the skirt forming scheduled part 4b located between the screw forming pieces 11 and the skirt forming pieces 12 in the can axial direction out of the mouth piece part.
