GATE PART MECHANISM OF STONE REMOVING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate part mechanism of a stone removing device adaptable as a component of an unattended automatic system under severe conditions of vibration and wind selection dust of a grain separator not only by reduction of manufacturing costs through simplification of the constitution but also by improvement of reliability and maintenance properties. SOLUTION: The gate part mechanism of the stone removing device is constituted of a stone removing gate 12g, and a recovery gate 14g. A stone removing shutter plate 12s supports slidably a stone removing gate 12g about a first and a second operating positions A, B opening and closing it, and at the same time, slidably supports extending to a third operating position C other than the first and the second operating positions A, B. The third operating position C is provided at a position acting on a recovery shutter plate 14s so as to open the recovery gate 14g in the state of closing the stone removing gate 12g.
