VESSEL FOR INJECTING POTTING MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE MODULE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel for injecting a potting material equipped with an injection nozzle so as to allow the continuous potting without fouling a nozzle for drawing and discharging liquid on the side part of a cylindrical case in manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane module, and to provide a manufacturing method of a hollow fiber membrane module using the same. SOLUTION: The vessel for injecting the potting material equipped with the nozzle 9 to inject the potting material is characterized in that the nozzle has a configuration to be inserted into the nozzle for drawing and discharging the liquid, has one or more of a projected part 15 on the outer wall and has a structure to satisfy formulae (1)-(3) described below: (1) 0≤A-B≤0.015 (2) 0.1≤C≤0.2 (3)-90≤D≤90 wherein A denotes an outside diameter (mm) of a part excluding the projected part of the nozzle, B denotes an inside diameter of the nozzle, C denotes the total (mm) of the height of each projected part and D denotes an installation position (°) of the projected part in the outer wall circumference.
